INCOME INEQUALITY IN THE UNITED STATES

Gary Becker (link) and Richard Posner (link) opened an intense debate on the issue of a growing US income inequality since 1980s onwards.

to boot, as Wilkinson and Kawachi have conclusively proven, it's not the poverty, inequality is literally making us sicker.

As far as Slovenia goes, an enlightened dictatorship with a healthy dose of egalitarianism is in order. It worked for S Korea, Singapore etc.
